Howard is always happy to see another "West Virginian" especially when it's his first cousin. We drove to Wilmington, N.C. from Hilton Head to visit his cousin Norma and her husband Jim. Howard and Norma grew up together in Beckley, W.Va. Their mothers were sisters.Friday, February 15, 2008
