Howard and I have joined a
recreation center which is located in the center of the University of Cincinnati's campus. As you can see, it is a state of the arts complex.
One of our favorite feature is a serpentine water way which forces water toward you while you walk against the tide. Howard also enjoys the running/walking track. We do each of the machines you see in the above photo. It looks more exhausting that it actually is. Parking and getting to the center is a greater challenge than anything once you arrive!
