If this fireplace could talk, I'm sure it would have many stories to tell. It came with the house which was built in the 20's. We have been told these are glacier stones quarried from the area. Martha, Just looked at your blog again. Your photographs are sooooo nice; tells quite a story. Interesting to see the grandchildren; how they are growing up and the wonderful time that you and Howard are having spending time living so close to them. Your bungalow is lovely in the winter as well; the fireplace is so inviting. Enjoyed Jason's artwork as well. Uncle Joe says that Jason is going to be famous one day!
