When the fast pace of summer gives way to Fall's melancholy days, it is a joy to relax and reflect upon the goodness of God. Now that we are retired, this verse has become a favorite.Lord, you have assigned me my portion and my cup; you have made my lot secure. The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; surely I have a delightful inheritance. Psalm 16:5 & 6
